You don’t have to be a lifting expert - but you do need some fitness history.
If you’ve done CrossFit, group strength classes, trained for a race, or followed a workout plan before, you’re good.
This plan is not for someone brand new to movement, but it is for someone ready to move smarter.

🏋️ Equipment:
You can train at home or in a gym.
At home? You’ll need at least:
⚪️ A pair of adjustable dumbbells or a few pairs of dumbbells (10 - 50 pounds recommended)
⚪️ Long resistance bands
⚪️ Bonus if you have a bench, but not required
At the gym? You’re all set

I’m Fallon Weber, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, 12 years of healthcare experience, mom of 2, and someone who knows what it’s like to chase “fit” through every method but still feel stuck.Peak 2.0 was born from my own turning point - when I stopped trying to shrink and started training to build. I’ve done the group classes, the hard-charging cardio, even the nutrition extremes…and none of it gave me the lasting strength or confidence I wanted.Now, I help women like you train with purpose - through smart hypertrophy programs, performance-based goals, and a coaching approach that respects both the mental load you carry and your grit.Because strength shouldn’t compete with your real life.
