I'm a NSCA-Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with 12 years of healthcare experience helping people as whole humans, not just symptoms or goals on paper. I'm also a wife, mom of 2, lover of coffee & trail running, hiking, mountain biking, & skiing in our beautiful state of Wyoming.My coaching background includes:

  • Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association

  • Pure Programming certification in strategic program design

  • Health Mindset Coaching Certification in progress, est. to complete Jan 2026

  • Over a decade of personal strength training experience

  • Postpartum & return-to-athletics lived experience

MY STORY

What surprised me most wasn’t the physical changes…
it was how much strategy, patience, and support I actually needed to feel like myself again.I asked for help. I learned how to train smarter.

FAQ: What Equipment will I need?

You can train at home or in a gym.At home? You’ll need at least:A pair of adjustable dumbbells or a few pairs of dumbbells(up to 25 pounds for beginners & up to 50 if you have previous experience lifting)At the gym? You’re all set


FAQ: How do you approach nutrition?

Nutrition coaching is never required but available if you wish. Our approach is rooted in:

  • Behavior-based strategy that aligns with your goals

  • Fueling for performance

  • Accountability inside the app

  • Education so you’re in the driver seat

  • Supporting positive body-image

Tools I can provide:

  • Food journal review

  • Recipes

  • Macro guidance (self-calculated)

  • Habit tracking

  • Plate template

I help you integrate, not overwhelm.


FAQ: What's included with nutrition coaching?

To stay within my scope of practice, I DO provide:

  • general education on macros & energy needs

  • how to calculate your own needs using standard guidelines

  • support for performance-focused fueling

  • education for fat loss or muscle gain

  • tips for hunger, consistency, and planning

  • meal prep & grocery strategies

  • optional food log review

  • recipe ideas and plate template

I do NOT provide:

  • individualized macros

  • medical nutrition protocols

  • meal plans

  • advice related to medications

  • individualized supplement recommendations

If you’re on a GLP-1 or have medical nutrition needs, I’ll help you integrate your provider’s recommendations in to real-world habits, but I do not replace their guidance.
