1:1 Online Strength & Fitness Coaching

Strategy + support for women who want to train consistently, build strength, and feel athletic and capable again (without overthinking what to do next.)

If you’ve trained before but life looks different now, the problem usually isn’t effort.
It’s that your training system didn’t evolve with your life.
Peak 2.0 coaching rebuilds structure, progression, and decision-making around your current reality, not your past routine.

Want details first?

THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU IF:

  • You want to train for life, not phases

  • You want strength and muscle as a foundation, not a short-term project

  • You’ve been consistent before, but have a hard time when life gets busy or changes

  • You want to feel athletic, strong, and capable again in your everyday life

  • You want to say spontaneously say yes to activities & adventures you love

  • You want coaching that actually adapts instead of restarting every time things shift

WHAT CHANGES HERE

Most women don’t need more motivation or discipline.
They need a system, mindset tools, & support that adapts when life changes.
Here, we focus on:

  • structured strength progression

  • training that evolves with your schedule and capacity

  • reducing decision fatigue around “what to do next”

  • rebuilding consistency without starting over every time life gets busy

This is where training becomes sustainable instead of something you keep restarting.

HOW COACHING WORKS

This is custom 1:1 coaching built around your movement, goals, and real-life schedule.

TRAINING

  • individualized programming based on movement assessment

  • structured progression (not random workouts)

  • adjusted as your body, recovery, and schedule change

SUPPORT

  • weekly check-ins to keep progress aligned

  • 24/7 messaging for adjustments and questions

  • coaching that adapts instead of resets

COACHING DEPTH

COMPASSIONATE CONSISTENCY

The fitness industry loves to tell you to be consistent but doesn't lift a finger to actually help you learn how. Now that we're not 20 anymore, it requires more being intentional. This is where coaching goes beyond programming.
We use science-informed coaching strategies to help you build consistency that actually holds up in real life.
That means you’re not left on your own when things get busy, stressful, or unpredictable. You get support in adjusting your training & strategy so you can go forward without starting over.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

This is not:

  • generic programming you follow on your own

  • “just be consistent” coaching

  • quick-fix fitness advice

This is:

  • structured strength coaching that adapts to real life

  • behavior-informed strategy for rebuilding consistency

  • progress that continues even when life is unpredictable

  • coaching designed to build both physical capability and confidence in the gym

You don’t just get a plan. You learn how to execute, adjust, and stay consistent with support.

HOW RESULTS ACTUALLY HAPPEN

Results come from consistency + adjustment, not perfection.
We focus on:

  • building strength you can see and feel over time

  • developing a trained, capable body through structured progression

  • staying consistent even when life disrupts routine

  • learning how to adjust instead of restart

This is long-haul strength development built for real life.

ABOUT YOUR COACH

I didn’t always train like this. For a long time, I felt like I didn't recognize myself anymore. Slower, disconnected from the athlete I used to be, and figuring things out after becoming a mom. What blindsided me wasn’t the physical shift…
It was how much more I needed than effort alone.
Strategy. Patience. Support.Someone helping me make sense of it instead of just pushing harder.I learned how to train smarter. But more than that, I stopped trying to figure it all out on my own.I’m a wife, mom of two, and usually somewhere outside in Wyoming with a coffee in hand when I’m not coaching.Strength training didn’t just “get me back in shape.” It gave me structure, confidence, and a way to move through life without second-guessing myself all the time.

My background includes:

  • Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist

  • Pure Programming Certified

  • Health Mindset Certified Coach

  • Almost 20 years running, 13 years strength training, 10 years of mountain biking, & 30 years of skiing/snowboarding

  • Postpartum & return-to-athletics lived experience

  • Licensed healthcare provider since 2013 (I'm not your provider, but that experience has helped shape my coaching approach)

  • Online 1:1 coaching since August 2025

I believe training should make you feel capable in your body again, and give your effort real direction.

That’s what I want for you.
